Osice logistics center is located in northeast Bohemia, in the Hradec Králové region, in Osice village, cca 13km southwest of Hradec Králové and directly on the D11 highway (Hradec Králové - Prague). The park offers modern warehousing buildings and offices. The park consists of a renovated warehousing unit with a total area of 1,500m2, plus a new warehousing unit with a total area of 3,000m2 and 300m2 open space offices. Specifications of warehousing units: 3000m2 storage area without a racking system, an additional area for 1600 pallets in a racking system, floor bearing capacity of 5t/m2, clear height 8m, crane, dock doors with dock levelers, direct drive-in entrance, security camera system. ADR (Hazardous materials) storage possible. 10,500m2 paved area in the park that is split into two parts: 50 x 100m2 and 55 x 100m2.
