D8 Industrial Park Přestanov is under construction and is located southwest of Přestanov village, in the Ústí nad Labem region, between Ústí nad Labem and Teplice, 6km north of Ústí nad Labem, close to exit 74 of the D8 highway (Prague - Ústí nad Labem - Dresden) and cca 20 minutes´ drive to the German border. The complex will offer class A warehouse units with a total area of 220,000m2 that are suitable for warehouse storage and light manufacturing purposes plus offices. Building sizes vary from 7,500m2 to 20,000m2. The warehouse units can be connected to a railway siding.
